Scripting API documentation is missing for Windows editor extensions. For example, UnityEditor.WindowsStandalone.UserBuildSettings is one such undocumented class.

Resolution Note:
This bug is blocked by a bug in our Docs tooling.
Fixing that bug is a lot more involved than initially thought - it is unlikely that the docs tools changes will be backported to anything else other than latest trunk due to the risks involved.
Closing this bug as Won't Fix for now - we will solve this in latest Unity trunk once the the docs tooling issues are resolved.
