[ScriptEditors] Sublime Text 3 Doesn't Open to Error Line in Unity 5.x
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Set the script editor to Sublime Text 3 (Preferences/External Tools/External script editor)
3. Create a script with an error
4. Double click the error
5. Notice that cursor is not taken to the error line, instead is always at line 1
