ScriptableObject functions with attributes are not inherited when Parent class has requirements for derived class type
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "ScriptableObjectInheritance.zip"
2. Enter the Play Mode
3. Observe the Console window
Expected result: All inherited functions are shown in the Console window
Actual result: Only not inherited functions/functions inherited without attributes are shown in the Console window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.13f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b4, 2022.1.0a3

Resolution Note (2022.1.X):
This is by design: RuntimeInitializeOnLoadMethod, and InitializeOnLoadMethod don't have any effect in generic types.
