Scriptable Object loses references when New Sample Tile is created
How to reproduce:
1. Open user project (New Unity Project.zip)
2. Click Assets > Create > Sample Tile
Actual results:Sprite Sample is set to none
Expected results: Sprite Sample set to background
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0a1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.14f1, 2018.3.0b7, 2019.1.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.4f1, 2017.4.14f1
