Scriptable Build Pipeline prunes recently used cache and is causing cache miss
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project '1395857.zip'
2. In the Menu bar click Window > General > Test Runner
3. In the Test Runner window click on EditMode
4. Run the following tests:
PruneCache_PruneCacheFolders_WillRemoveOldestFolders
PruneCache_PruneCacheFolders_WillRemoveOldestFolders_SetFirstToOldest
PruneCache_PruneCacheFolders_WillRemoveOldestFolders_SetSecondToOldest
Expected results: All 3 tests succeeded
Actual results: Only 'PruneCache_PruneCacheFolders_WillRemoveOldestFolders_SetSecondToOldest' test failed
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a18, 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a4
