Screen Space Reflections does not read the water surface smoothness correctly

Actual result: The reflections fade identically for both near and far objects, regardless of the water surface smoothness values
Expected result: The reflections on the water surface are faded-out for distant objects
Reproducible with: 6000.2.10f1
Reproducible environments: Windows 11 (by reporter)
Not reproducible environments: No other environments tested
