[Screen reader] Instructed to use horizontal slider with up/down finger motion
How to reproduce:
- Download and open [https://github.cds.internal.unity3d.com/julia-perdigueiro/a11y-screen-reader-sample]
- Enter Play Mode
- Open UI Controls tab
- Click Slider - advised to use up/down finger motion to change value
- Double click Slider and keep holding
- Move your finger up.down
Expected result: Slider works as expected or instructs to use left/right finger motion
Actual result: Slider does not move when moving finger up/down
Reproduced with: 2023.3.0b1 Iphone 12 mini

Resolution Note:
This is not how sliders are expected to work. You need to follow the instructions given by the OS. Don't tap and hold, just swipe up and down. There are also Android versions in which the sliders work differently (with the volume buttons for example), the OS will tell you so.
