[SceneView] pixelHeight returned after Repaint is increased by 2
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "testBug"
3. Select Main Camera in hierarchy and notice that two different pixelHeight values are printed
Note: testInspector.cs Repaints SceneView. This bug also occurs without manually calling Repaint. Comment out Repaint method in testInspector.cs, select Main Camera and change its position in scene view.
