Scene's Hierarchy visibility and pickability settings are reset after building
How to reproduce:
1. Open any Unity project
2. Populate a Scene with GameObjects and change their visibility and pickability in the Hierarchy
3. Build the Scene for any platform
Expected result: after the build is finished and the Scene is reloaded, the visibility and pickability settings remain
Actual result: the visibility and pickability settings are reset after building the Scene
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0a10, 2019.4.9f1, 2020.2.0b1
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1, 2019.1.0a9 due to the settings not being available yet
Notes:
1. Tested with Standalone and iOS builds
