Scene view 'top' is rotated 180 degrees
To reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Create a plane
3. Set the scene view to "Top" via the scene view gizmo
4. Try to move the plane - when you move it to the right the x value decreases while when moving to the left it increases. It should be the other way around
