Scene view Tool Handle transforms always reset to "Center" and "Global" when the project is reopened
How to reproduce:
- Create and open a new project
- Open the Scene view
- Change the ‘Tool Handle Position' to “Pivot“ and 'Tool Handle Rotation’ to “Local“ in the Scene view toolbar
- Restart the project
- Observe the two Handle Transforms
Actual result: Project always opens on Transform tools being set to “Center“ and “Global“
Expected result: The handles read “Pivot“ and “Local“ (to what they previously were selected)
Reproducible in: 6000.3.0a4, 6000.3.2f1, 6000.4.0b2, 6000.5.0a3
Not reproducible in: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.3.0a3
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (25H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
