Scene view shows 3D view when 2D view is selected and the "Control the selected camera in first person" option in the Overlay menu is untoggled
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Code Monkey Tutorial.zip” project
2. Open the “GameScene” Scene (Assets > Scenes)
3. Press ` to open the Overlays menu in the Scene view
4. In the Overlays menu, enable the Cameras overlay
5. Select the "Control the selected camera in first person" toggle in the Overlay menu
6. Select the "Return to Scene Camera" toggle in the Overlay menu
7. Observe the Scene view
