Scene View Selection Outline does not Render on top anymore when Object is intersecting other Objects
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached Project
2. Open Assets\SampleScene Scene
3. Select Cube in the Hierarchy
Expected result: The Selection outline can be seen through other Objects
Actual result: The Selection outline is Occluded
Reproducible with: 2021.1.0b8, 2021.1.1f1
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.24f1, 2020.3.3f1, 2021.1.0b7, 2021.2.0a11
