Scene view performance rapidly drops when the Inspector window is opened with a LODGroup Component present
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1391021" project
2. Open the "MyScene" Scene
3. Open the "Window -> Analysis -> Profiler" window in the menu
4. Set the "Target Selection" to the "Edit Mode" that's located to the right of the "Profiler Modules" drop-down
5. Select the "LODGroup" GameObject
6. Move the Scene view Camera by dragging the mouse with the right button down
Expected result: The Scene view FPS varies ~200-250 FPS. No Scene view performance drop is observed
Actual result: The Scene view FPS drops to ~15-60 FPS, the Scene view lags
