Scene view is scrolling even when the key is released
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Place scene and game view windows separately, so that you could see them both at the same time
3. Press play
4. Click on scene
5. Press and hold "up arrow" key to scroll scene view
6. Without releasing arrow key click on game view
7. Release arrow key
8. Notice that scene continues to scroll
