[Scene View] Camera preview windows size does not refresh on changing the aspect ratio
Camera preview window does not refresh on changing the aspect ratio.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project.
2. Select the Camera in Hierarchy.
3. Change the aspect ratio to 5:4.
Actual Result:
Camera preview window does not refresh.
Expected Result:
Camera preview window refresh on changing the aspect ratio.
Reproducible in:
2019.3.0b1, 2019.3.0a8.
Working Fine in:
2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a7.
Environment:
Windows & Mac 10.14.
