Scene View Camera movement issues with Russian keyboard layout
Steps to reproduce:
1. Add Russian keyboard layout (IMPORTANT)
2. Create new project
3. Switch to keyboard layout to Russian
4. Select any object in hierarchy
5. Move in scene mode using mouse RMB and keyboard WASD keys
6. Hover mouse over hierarchy window while moving
Results: You stop moving in scene view and selected object starts to 'ping' in hierarchy window (watch repro video).
Note: Repro video in last edit. For the first time it's hard to figure out how to reproduce but then you can see that this is could be a common issue for Russian layout users. User wasn't able to reproduce this issue with Chinese, Spanish, Greek keyboard layouts.
