Scene view camera is moved to Asset's position when Focusing on Asset with Rect Transform and Tool Handle Position set to Pivot
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Focus" project
2. Make sure that Tool Handle Position is set to Pivot (Found in the Toolbar at the top of the Scene view)
3. Select the "GameObject" Asset in the Project window
4. Hover your mouse over the Scene view and press "F"
Expected result: Scene view camera stays where it was
Actual result: Scene view camera moves to the selected "GameObject" Rect Transform position
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.16f1, 2019.4.0f1, 2020.1.0a26
Not reproducible with: 2020.1.0b1, 2020.1.0b13, 2020.2.0a15
