[Scene] Value flickering when moving objects with the Scene view gizmo at large distances
Repro steps:
1. Import the attached package and open the ReproScene scene.
2. Zoom out until you can see the whole Sphere
3. Select the Cube and move it in the Scene View using the gizmo.
4. Observe how the values flicker significantly, sometimes teleporting the cube into the negatives.
Expected outcome:
- Even with float point precision limitations, for the values to not vary so much.
