[Scene Template] Dependencies are not sorted when sorting by clone
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project ("1329030R.zip")
2. Open the "MainMenu" scene template in the Inspector window
3. Sort dependencies by clone property
Expected result: Dependencies are sorted
Actual result: Dependencies are not sorted (see "iPvl6lFFLt.mp4" video)
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a8, 2021.2.0a13
Could not test with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.25f1, 2020.3.5f1, 2021.1.4f1 (Sort by clone not available)

Resolution Note (fix version 2021.2):
Fixed with 2021.2.0a18
Sort by clone isn't possible, the issue is cosmetic sorting direction arrow was too close to the Clone label
