Scene saving dialog always starts at Assets folder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a folder
3. Create a new scene
4. Try to save the scene while having the folder open
Expected result: save dialog starts in the open folder
Actual result: save dialog starts in the Asset folder
Reproduced on 2017.1.2p3, 2017.2.0p1, 2017.3.0b9, 2018.1.0a3
