Scene objects are not rendered at some angles and positions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "MinimalReproProject"
2. Open Scene "Desert_static"
3. Disable Occlusion Culling Visualization
4. Look around in the Scene View
Expected Result: The scene and all of its objects should be rendered when in view
Actual Result: At different angles and positions the Scene objects are not rendered
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0a1, 2017.2.0b4

Did not reproduce on: 2017.2.0b3, 2017.2.0b1, 2017.2.0a1, 2017.1.0p1
Fixed in: 2017.2.0b6
Note:
Don't mind some of the missing textures, they were removed to strip the project
