[Scene] Middle mouse drag jitters when focusing a larger number away from center
To reproduce this issue:
1. Create a new project
2. Create a cube
3. Change its position x to a bigger number ( for example 20000 )
4. Zoom to that object
5. Middle-drag in the scene view to pan the view slowly
6. Observe the extreme jitter and stuttering of the scene view, making this drag-mode unusable
