Scene is marked dirty when the last GameObject in the Hierarchy is dragged downwards which does not change anything in the Scene
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Save the Scene
- Click and drag the last GameObject a little bit downwards
- Observe the Hierarchy window
Actual results: The Scene is marked dirty
Expected results: The Scene is not marked dirty since no changes occured
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0b1, 6000.5.0a3
Tested on (OS): MacOS M1 Silicon Tahoe 26.0.1
