Scene asset is set to dirty (shows as changed) without a reason
Repro:
1. Open Angry Bots project
2. Open AngryBots scene in the main assets folder
3. Notice - if you try to quit now, you are asked to save changes to the (untouched) scene asset
4. Cancel
5. Save (sic!)
6. Notice - if you try to quit now, you are asked to save changes to the (just saved) scene asset
