Scaling issues when moving Unity between 5K displays and FHD displays
How to reproduce:
1. Open any (new) project
2. Drag the main Unity window from a UHD display to a FHD display
- Note how everything gets scaled up
- This can also happen when using a non-Apple UHD display and reducing its display resolution
- The view is scaled, but the relative locations of all the buttons and other elements are not
- Reproduced in Version 5.4.0b10 (d5987c96f84a)
- Not reproducible in Version 5.2.4f1 (98095704e6fe), Version 5.3.4f1 (fdbb5133b820)
