ScalableBufferManager does not scale Depth Buffer correctly when using dynamic resolution in URP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “scalablebuffermanager_issue” project
2. Open the “SampleScene” and enter Play Mode
3. Select the “PostProcess” GameObject in the Hierarchy
4. In the Inspector, tick the “Enable” checkbox under the Render Depth property of the Volume
5. Observe the result in the Game window
Expected result: ScalableBufferManager is taken into account when writing the depth buffer
Actual result: The depth buffer is not scaled properly, the camera is zoomed and the cube looks as if it is shifted to the right
Reproducible in: 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1
Could not test with: 2021.3.34f1 (project contains features not supported in older versions)
Reproducible on: Windows 10, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Note: Also reproducible in Player
