Sampling custom textures not working when using DOTS v1.0
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “DOTSProject”
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the sphere rendered in the subscene
Expected result: Both spheres look exactly the same (custom texture is rendered for both spheres)
Actual result: The custom texture is not rendered on the right-side sphere
Reproducible with: 1.0.0-exp.8, 1.0.0-exp.14, 1.0.0-pre.15, 1.0.0-pre.44 (2022.2.8f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a3)
Reproducible on: Intel macOS 13.2.1
