"Sample Rate Setting" is not shown in the "Default" tab when importing an Audio file
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "IN-88021.zip"
2. Select Assets/Lord of the Rangs.mp3
3. Observe the Inspector window
Expected results: "Sample Rate Setting" is shown in the "Default" tab
Actual results: "Sample Rate Setting" is not shown in the "Default" tab
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0a7, 6000.0.26f1, 6000.1.0a3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.52f1, 2023.3.0a6
Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
