SafeBinaryRead::BeginTransfer crash caused by ProjectSettings.asset on a restored project
Repro steps:
1. Open "test.zip" project
Note: User tried to restore the deleted project, thus ProjectSettings.asset got corrupted and causes project to crash when opening.
Stack trace:

SafeBinaryRead::TransferWithTypeString<UnityStr>
Actual: Project crashes when opening
Expected: No crash when opening project
Reproduced on: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.6p8, 5.4.1f1, 5.5.0b9
