[safari] texture error with 9-slicing
-e: the used textures have rendering errors but only in Safari
-repro:
--open attached attached project (Heroku file)
--build project for webgl (only got it to work in 5.3)
--run in safari
--click the person icons to trigger the animation
--NOTICE the error at the borders of the widget (see screenshot)
--works fine in Chrome & Firefox
