Safari does not detect mousewheel
Safari does not detect mouse wheels scrolls in scrollviews.
To reproduce:
1. Download the attached project from case 635192
2. Open the SafariScrollingBug.html found in casefolder/SafariScrollingBug (Using Safari)
3. Try to use your mouse wheel to scroll down
Expected result: It works
Note: Works properly in Chrome/Firefox
Won't fix, because: This is a known bug with Safari (Apple bug ID# 12045512), and also affects all other NPAPI plugins, such as Flash (Adobe bug ID# 3302758, see here: https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3302758).
The root of the bug is that Safari does not send NPAPI ScrollWheel events from trackpads or scrollwheels to NPAPI plugins, so we receive no input at all when these events occur.
This is not resolvable by Unity, unfortunately.
