RuntimeInitializeOnLoadMethodAttribute error on multiple platforms when trying to build (com.unity.film-internal-utilities)
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project “2021_HDRP_Bug_Reports.zip”
2. Build the project
Expected result: No errors occur
Actual result: {{RuntimeInitializeOnLoadMethodAttribute: Is not allowed on a Generic class MonoBehaviourSingleton`1.RunOnStart}} errors occurs
Reproducible with: 2021.2.19f1, 2021.3.18f1
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.1.24f1, 2022.2.5f1, 2023.1.0b2, 2023.2.0a4
Could not test with: 2020.3.44f1, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0a14 (due to blank errors)
Reproduced on: Windows 10, macOS Monterey 12.3.1 (Intel)
