"Runner Game" Template - Can't access Asset Picker in Tutorial
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the "Runner Game" template
2. Make sure the Project window is not open, or some other tab is focused instead of it
3. Start and follow through the "Level Editor" tutorial
4. During steps 4 and 6, when asked to drag and drop an asset, observe your options
Expected results: The Project window or its tab is opened, or you're able to use the Asset Picker to select the required Asset
Actual results: If the Project window is closed or in another tab, it doesn't open. The Asset Picker is also blocked from interactions by the Tutorial UI.
Reproducible with: 2021.3.14f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.42f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a19 (template not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
