Rotation of UI element makes it not show on Android device
To repro:
1) Download project
2) Enter playmode in the editor
3) note that the faded texture animataion appears on the top and bottom of the game view
4) build and deploy to an android device
5) note that the faded texture animation does not appear on the top of the game view.
