RotateAroundPivot doesn't respect the GUI.matrix if it is set to anything other than the identity matrix.
Steps to reproduce :
- the user has attached a short video of the issue http://screencast.com/t/GMDj08y59
- open the project
- hit play with Matrix Off and On where the bug occurs
