Roslyn Analyzer dll files ignore Define Constraints
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "New Unity Project something.zip" project
2. Observe the console window
Expected result: No errors appear in the console window
Actual result: Missing source file errors appear in the console window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.33f1, 2020.3.25f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.2, 2022.1, 2022.2
