UUM-139695
Regression
No
Root Motion Node dropdown does not update visually when undoing a change with Ctrl+Z
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new URP project
- Import the attached "model.fbx"
- Select the imported model
- In the Inspector, open the Animation tab
- Expand the Motion foldout and find the Root Motion Node property
- Select any option other than <None> in the dropdown
- Press Ctrl+Z
- Observe the Inspector
Actual results: The Root Motion Node dropdown still shows the previously selected option even though the value has been undone. The Revert button becomes disabled, and reselecting the GameObject refreshes the field to show <None>
Expected results: The Root Motion Node dropdown updates immediately after Ctrl+Z and shows the reverted value without requiring the user to reselect the GameObject
Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a4, 6000.0.72f1, 6000.3.13f1, 6000.4.4f1, 6000.5.0b4, 6000.6.0a3
Tested on (OS): macOS 26.4
Notes:
- Reselecting the asset refreshes the UI and shows the correct value
