Root Motion Broken in Standalone Windows
Root transform position is not affected by animation in standalone Windows build.
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the project
2. Open the scene "Main"
3. Press play
4. Press space to roll, observe animation and position change
5. Build and run the scene
6. Press space to roll, animation plays, but position doesn't change
Expected: root motion is applied in build as it is in editor
Reproduced on: 5.6.0a5, 5.6.1p4, 5.6.2p2
Not reproduced on: 5.5.4f1, 5.6.0a4, 2017.1.0b2, 2017.2.0a4
