RigidBody2D Constraints property does not indicate that it has Nested Parameters in the Inspector window
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named Case_1165046
2. Select the Test gameObject
3. Observe Constraints parameter in the Inspector window
Expected result: There is a triangle next to the Constraints indicating that there are nested parameters inside
Actual result: The triangle is missing
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0f1, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.3.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b10
Notes:
1. User can access the nested parameters, even though it is not indicated that they exist
2. Regular RigidBody component is not affected
