[RigidBody] Rotation constraint freeze rotation on only one axis does not work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and import attached project.
2. Open scene: main.
3. Play.
4. Move the sphere up and down at first (it does not rotate on X axis, )
5. Start moving to all directions (now it started rotating on X axis, which is bad)
Expected result: When rigid body is set to freeze rotation on x axis, the object should not rotate on x axis.
Actual result: It does rotate on axis, if it is the only axis set to freeze rotation.
Notes: works good when 2 or 3 axis are frozen.
Reproduced on: 5.4.0b9, 5.3.3p3, 5.2.4f1, 5.1.4f1, 5.0.4f1
