Rigidbody. Object with sleeping rigidbody doesn't collide with rotating object without rigidbody
In project there is a plane with the attached script that creates two cubes that fall on the platform and start rotating the platform when cuves rigidbodies switch to the sleep mode.
Works fine if you add Rigidbody to the platform object and make it kinematic
