Rigidbody MovePosition does not work when a rigidbody is a child of another object
To reproduce:
1. Open the project, attached by the user (2017.1.zip)
2. Enter Play mode
3. Observe that "MovingObject (Inside)" game object doesn't move as "MovingObject(Outside)" does
Expected: Rigidbody.MovePosition works when a rigidbody is a child of another object
Reproduced: 2017.2.0a4, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.3.1p3, 2018.1.0b11, 2018.2.0a4
Did not reproduce in 2017.1.3p2, 2017.2.0a3
Regression introduced in 2017.2.0a4
