Right-click on component gives the user options that are not valid
To reproduce:
- Open attached project and launch "test" scene
- Select the "GameObject" in Hierarchy View
- Right-click on the Particle System component and observe that there is an option for moving the component up. Expected result: This option should not be possible, as the component is already at the highest placement
- Select the "Move Up" option
- Right-click again and observe that user now has the option to move the component down. This option is again not valid as the component is already placed at the bottom of the Inspector
