[Animation Rigging] Character animations are affected when an active Rig Builder component is attached
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Assets > Imports > PolygonVikings > Demo > Demo_Scene
3. Select Player in the Scene Hierarchy
4. Click Play and move around
5. Disable the Rig Builder component
6. Move around
Expected result: the animations of the player do not change
Actual result: the animations of the player change
Reproducible with: 0.2.1-preview(2019.4.18f1, 2020.2.4f1), 1.0.3 (2019.4.18f1, 2020.2.4f1, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 0.1.2-preview, 0.1.4-preview (2019.4.18f1, 2020.2.4f1)
Could not test with: 2018.4.30f1 (package not supported)
