Rich text tags generate vertices when adding rich text to the text field
To reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "RichTextVertCount.zip"
2. In Game view, enable Statistics window
3. Try inputing different rich text styles
Expected: rich text tags do not generate additional geometry as they are hidden
Actual: Statistics window shows different count of geometry rendered when modifying RTF tags
Reproduced in: 2017.4.15f1, 2018.2.16f1, 20118.3.0b10, 2019.1.0a9
Note: does look like Statistics window not being able to distinguish between text and RTF tags
