Ribbon Trail mesh collapses into narrow mesh when Emission "Rate over Time" is set to over 664
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-136086” project
2. Open the scene “SampleScene”
3. Select the “RibbonTrail” GameObject
4. In the Inspector, go to Emisson section under the Particle System component
5. Change the “Rate over Time” from 664 to 665
7. Observe the Scene view
Actual result: The previously generated wide mesh collapses into a narrow mesh
Expected result: The ribbon trail mesh does not collapse into a narrow mesh
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a5, 2022.3.73f1, 6000.0.70f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2021.2.0a4
Reproducible on: macOS 15.7.4 (by user), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
