Return license fails on manual activation - no error message
Steps to reproduce:
1. Activate editor using Manual activation (Unity > Manage License)
2. Attempt to Return License (Unity > Manage License)
3. Observe that licenses is not returned:
- Progress bar is not complete
- No error message is shown to the user to inform why license return fails
Editor: 5.3.5f1
OS: Mac OS X 10.11.4
