Regression
No
Resources.UnloadUnusedAssets gets called from LoadSceneAsync method, which causes performance issues
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1162858-Galaxy_Forces_VR")
2. Open the repro scene ("PlayGame")
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Press "B" to start LoadSceneAsync
Expected results: Project continues to work smoothly
Actual results: Project "freezes" for approximately one second during the loading
Reproducible with: 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a8
Couldn't test with 2017.4 and 2018.4 because of project errors after the downgrade

Resolution Note:
This is by design.
When ever you load a scene non-additive we have to cleanup unused assets to make sure you don't run out of memory.
A work around could be to load addtively and switch scenes yourself and unload the previous scene plus make sure to cleanup all unused assets or you could get in trouble later.
