Resolution switch fails and application crashes if monitor orientation is portrait
Preparing for repro:
1. Open "Screen resolution" setting on your machine
2. Set the orientation of the FIRST monitor to portrait
3. Set the SECOND monitor as the main monitor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run it
3. Notice that monitor starts to blink and after few seconds error dialog appears that resolution switch has failed
Reproduced with: 5.3.4p5, 5.4.0b17
Not reproducible: 5.2.4f1
